The breakfast is served at 8:30 am, the hotel is centrally located near a shopping mall, and it's conveniently close to public transportation and a restaurant on the top floor.

The total stay was awesome for customer service. The location close to the city centre was marvellous and stunning...

The atmosphere here is special, and the staff at the front desk are very accommodating upon check-in, plus the location is conveniently close to a shopping center.

Views were not very nice.

The hotel is a nice place to stay. With the modern design of the building and the decoration make us feel relaxed and calm as we entered into the hotel. The Rooftop pool is one of the attractions. The room is nice and spacious. Even though Regalia just started the operation in a month, I think if they can improve their services, I could say this hotel could be a chosen stay.

Firstly, there is no internet due to server down and also no hbo and star movie channel available. As they claimed that, there were technical problem occurred during that time. On a first day we arrived, 1 lift is available, which means it took us probably 5mins for the lift to be opened. However, on the next day, more lifts are available. Another issue is less of wall socket. 1 for the television, the other one for the modem. As for the modem plug, it's hidden at the back of the couch, so it is hard for me to use that socket. The rest available in the kitchen. How am I supposed to iron in the kitchen? So I think they should take not at this issue by putting more wall socket in the wardrobe.

This place was a great base for exploring the city, and I had a lot of fun interacting with the friendly reception staff during the night shift.

The moment we walk into the room,we like the decor.The views from the room are astonishing.

Getting there is not easy even when using GPS.The slip road to the Residence is too close to the highway.And there are no WiFi as promised when booking.As there are still construction work still being done,the noise can be disturbing during daytime.

1. Hot water only avalible in one bathroom and only limited to the shower. 2. Very limited tv channels 3. Air conditioning not working in all rooms except for living room. 4. No WiFi 5. Very small bathroom 6. Building undergoing renovation.

We were offered a reasonably large and recently refurbished room with air conditioning and a double bed. the hotel had a central location and was right at Sunway Putra Mall.
